Proposed rezoning of 2739 W Monroe St from RT4 Residential Two Flat, Townhouse and Multi Unit District to RM5 Residential Multi-Unit District to permit construction of a new four-story residential building containing eight dwelling units. The project is being developed by Lotus Property Group LLC, which is also the property owner, with legal representation by Sabrina Herrell. The development is currently advancing through the municipal approval process.
