Project overview
Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Atlanta, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a two-story above grade, 33-unit multi-residential development; and 3,324-square-foot retail development. Scope: demolition and new construction a mixed-use development with a retail component on the first two floors of the building fronting on Boulevard. Residential units are proposed to be offered for the remainder of the development on three additional floors. The project includes 33 units consisting of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. TIMELINE: As of September 24, 2026, this project is no longer going to move forward. Coverage is being discontinued at this time.
