Site work and new construction of a hospitality development in Terre Haute, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a four-story above grade hospitality development. Building use - 4 story hotel Structure details: 4 Story Marriott Courtyard. Aggregate piers. Storm water detention. Prefabricated load bearing structural metal studs. Masonry elevator shafts and stair shafts. EIFS, masonry, fiber cement, and composite exterior. (2) 2nd floor pedestrian bridges with composite aluminum panels. Tax Exempt - NO.
