Details: Plans call for the construction of a single-family home subdivision community with an associated amenity center, open space/park facilities, water management, and internal roadway and parking infrastructure on 1,044 acres. 265 acres will be reserved for the single-family home structures. News and Notes: September 9, 2025 Planning/Approval On 9/8/25, a representative from Collier County confirmed that the project environmental applications are under review. A community builder has not yet been selected. January 31, 2025 Planning/Approval As of 1/31/25, an environmental resource permit application is under review by the South Florida Water Management District. Minto Communities and Barron Collier Companies are doing business as LM Naples LLC.
