Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Mooresville, North Carolina. The proposed Millhouse Row development consists of 99 single-family attached townhome units on approximately 19.35 acres at 825 River Highway in Mooresville, North Carolina. The project involves conditional rezoning and annexation into the Town of Mooresville, construction of internal roadways, utilities, open space amenities, sidewalks, parking, and transportation improvements including a right-in/right-out access on NC 150 and a connection to the adjacent Davis Development access.
