Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and parking garage. project number-6982AF27B000002 The intent of the contract is to provide for the construction and completion of the work described in the contract documents. The precise details of performing the work are not described, except as considered essential for the successful completion of the work. Provide labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work according to the contract. The project will address deteriorated pavement at the Tishomingo National Fish Hatchery by improving the entrance loop, constructing a small parking area at the northeast corner of the entrance loop, and paving the entrance road and parking area south of Highway 7. Work includes full depth reclamation of the existing asphalt roadway to a depth of 6 inches, placement of 3 inches of asphalt pavement, super elevation correction, culvert replacement, roadway excavation, and construction of new parking areas with aggregate base and asphalt pavement. The project also includes installation of an Architectural Barriers Act (ABA) compliant parking space and concrete curb ramp, placement of concrete aprons around existing structures to match existing conditions, and installation of two new entrance gates.
