Kingsborough Phase 2 Utility Improvements consist of approximately 2,309 LF of residential sanitary gravity sewer, 2,724 LF of residential waterline, and 330 LF of residential storm sewer. Kingsborough Phase 2 Paving Improvements consist of approximately 9,146 SY of 6"" reinforced concrete paving. Award is subject to final approval
