Project overview

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in McDonough, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 96-unit, 384-space residential development; 22-space clubhouse / community center; and 10,000-square-foot, 51-space retail development. Proposed mixed-use planned unit development includes residential units, a club house and retail on approximately 79.04 acres. TIMELINE: As of October 30, 2026, the annexation into the City of McDonough and rezoning the property to a Planned Unit Development have been approved. An architect and general contractor have not yet been revealed.
