Details: Plans call for the construction of 30 single-family lots for a residential subdivision on about 44 acres. The lots will be accessed by private gravel roads and served by groundwater wells and septic systems. News and Notes: February 10, 2025 Planning/Approval As of 2/10/25, the Valley County Commissioners will reconsider the proposed subdivision. The application was previously denied by the Valley County Planning and Zoning Commission, but then approved by the county commissioners following an appeal filed by the developer. That approval was then vacated after neighbors of the proposed subdivision filed appeals of their own, citing insufficient evidence for the approval and improper procedures used by the county commissioners.
