The Truckee Meadows Regional Planning Governing Board has reversed the decision of the Truckee Meadows Regional Planning Commission denying the project master plan. The project is now eligible for industrial use-zoning applications. May 21, 2025 Planning/Approval As of 5/21/25, the City of Reno has reviewed the Master Plan Amendment and Zoning Map Amendment requests. Stonegate is doing business as Heinz Ranch Land Company LLC.
