The Community at Coombs Creek

Project overview

Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Dallas, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a residential development; 172-unit multi-residential development; playground / park / athletic field; and swimming pool. Scope includes the planning and development of The Community at Coombs Creek: 54 single-family estate homes on 7,500-SF minimum lots (up to 1/3 acre) and a build-for-rent community consisting of cottages and townhomes across approximately 15.47 acres, plus a 0.5-acre area at Crossing 2. The project includes associated streets, shared ingress/egress, separate estate-home and build-for-rent entries, focal-club amenities with pool and dog park, parks/open-space areas, emergency-access provisions as required, and coordination of the existing railroad right-of-way and flood-zone constraints, including confirmation of buildable areas and any required mitigation. TIMELINE: As of September 22, 2026, the project has been announced, and no municipal plans or permits are in application or under review.
