Project overview

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in San Tan Valley, Arizona. Design plans call for the construction of a two-story above grade, 118-unit multi-residential development; day care center; retail development; restaurant; and service station / car wash facility. Plans call for development of a residential and commercial mixed-use site including 90 apartments units and 28 townhomes, along with three restaurant pads, a daycare, a bank, and a gas station/convenience store. The project will be developed in two phases, with commercial constructed first, followed by 13 two-story residential buildings. TIMELINE: As of February 2026, the project is in rezoning approvals.
