Project overview

Site work and new construction of a data center facility in Hobart, Indiana. Design plans call for the construction of a two-story above grade data center facility. Data Center Campus: 61st Avenue and Arizona Street, will be known as Hobart Data Center Campus and will include the construction of six data centers and two ancillary buildings. Hobart Tech Park: south of 61st Avenue, east of Colorado Street and north of 69th Avenue. Phase 1 is 9 building and Phase 2 is 11 buildings. TIMELINE: As of September 9, 2026, the owner has been identified. Information regarding the architect and contractor has not been released. Project is still under public review. The Air permit & diesel generator application was submitted on July 24, 2026.
