Project overview

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Las Vegas, Nevada. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 1,125-unit multi-residential development; 441-unit residential development; 10,000-square-foot clubhouse / community center; 10,000-square-foot educational facility; retail development; for site work for a multi-residential development; and playground / park / athletic field. Plans to replace the golf course with a mixed-use development. As of July 15, 2026, this project remains in the early planning phase.
