Project overview
Site work and new construction of a data center facility in Kokomo, Indiana. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 1,000,000-square-foot, one-story above grade data center facility. Proposed development of a gigawatt-scale data center campus consisting of three single-story data centers on 476 acres. The facility will feature a closed-loop cooling system to reduce water usage and will encompass approximately three million square feet of data center space. Current source status: Work Type: New; Phase/Stage: Pre-Design.
