Project overview

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Macon, Georgia. Design plans call for the construction of a two-story above grade, 38-space office development; restaurant; and retail development. Plans call for the ground-up construction of a two-story mixed-use commercial building on a vacant 0.557-acre parcel at a former bottling site. The development will include restaurant, retail and office space, surface parking, landscaping, utility infrastructure, stormwater improvements, grading, accessibility improvements, screened service areas, and related site work. TIMELINE: As of October 28, 2026, the project received conceptual design approval earlier this month. An architect has been chosen, but a general contractor/selection method has not been revealed.
