Project overview

Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Harlem, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,870,400-square-foot, two-story above grade, 420-acre data center facility; 660,000-square-foot power facility; 360,000-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and 22,500-square-foot, one-story above grade office development. Construction of four data center buildings that are approximately 717,600 sq ft each, two warehouse buildings that are approximately 180,000 sq ft each, one office, and one substation. Site work to include stormwater management ponds and extensive perimeter buffering. TIMELINE: As of October 26, 2026, construction is underway, with controlled blasting expected to occur from October 2, 2026, through Dec. 30, 2026.The developer has sold the project to an end user who will design and construct their own facilities, who has not been disclosed.
