Project overview

Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Greenwich, Connecticut. Design plans call for the construction of a 116,700-square-foot, six-story above grade, 176-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a 200-space sidewalk / parking lot. Proposed demolition of the existing 66-unit Putnam Green apartment complex and construction of a new six-story multifamily residential development containing 176 apartments in Greenwich, Connecticut. The project includes twin six-story residential wings connected by a two-story atrium, approximately 200 parking spaces with largely underground parking, and 30% affordable housing units under Connecticut 8-30g statute. 7 and 9 Western Junior Highway, Greenwich, CT. TIMELINE: As per September 21, 2026, this project is in pre-application stage. No formal application and no public hearing date is set. No specific construction partners have been identified, and the project remains in early planning stages with construction anticipated to follow zoning approval.
