Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Cumming, Georgia. Design plans call for the construction of a 25,000-square-foot, one-story above grade day care center; 1-square-foot office development; one-story above grade restaurant; and 10,000-square-foot, one-story above grade retail development. Construction of retail/office/restaurant/day care center in buildings totaling 35,000 square feet with 140 parking spaces.
