Project overview

Site work and new construction of a data center facility in Augusta, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 3,300,000-square-foot data center facility. Development of a seven-building data center campus on approximately 383 acres. The phased development will support large-scale digital infrastructure and cloud computing operations. TIMELINE: As of October 20, 2026, a development of regional impact application has been filed. The project is in the rezoning phase of development. Information regarding an architect or a general contractor has not been disclosed. Although there is not a firm timeline, construction is planned to commence mid 2028 at the earliest.
